of energy efficient reverse osmosis desalinators...Ultra
Whisper with EfficientSea Technology. The
new Ultra Whisper with its unique EfficientSea
energy transfer technology brings efficient,
compact, extraordinarily quiet watermaking
to small and midsize power or sail boats.
The unit's energy transfer device eliminates
the need for a power-hungry high pressure
pump, reducing the electricity consumption
of the RO system by as much as 75%. The
Ultra Whisper Compact (UWC) Desalinator
allows for easy installation in yachts
previously could not physically accommodate
conventional reverse osmosis systems.
Potential new installation sites include
tight areas where height had been a problem,
such as spaces under berths and settees
and in closets and engine room compartments.
The newly engineered frame allows the
end user easy access to the system's internal
components during regularly scheduled
maintenance. Now, small and midsize power
or sail boats have a new option for providing
water onboard.
